Similar fermentation characteristics to Maurivin PDM, allowing the varietal fruit characters to be displayed. Good alcohol tolerance in the range of 15% - 16%. AWRI is considered a moderate nitrogen consumer and low to moderate foaming strain. A rapid rate fermenter at warm temperature of 68 - 86 F. with short to moderate lag phase. Excellent flocculation strain. Product name changed January 2020 to Zevii.
